There are 3 Styling and formatting places it could be coming from.
1. The [styling for your note type](https://docs.ankiweb.net/templates/styling.html), where classes of formatting can be defined overall for all of the cards, or for specific cards, or specific parts of cards.
2. The card templates themselves call those classes defined in styling, but they can also contain formatting for [specific field replacements](https://docs.ankiweb.net/templates/styling.html#field-styling).
3. Formatting in the text of a specific note is controlled in the note editor by the [editing toolbar](https://docs.ankiweb.net/editing.html#editing-features). If there’s a lot of that to remove, [Find and Replace](https://docs.ankiweb.net/browsing.html#find-and-replace) might be useful. You might need to open the HTML view (click `< >` above the field) to see it in the field.
The usual and most efficient places to change it are #1 and #2 – but if that’s not working, it may be because of formatting being applied at #3. So start at #3 and work your way up.
The inconsistency in the bolding looks like some sort of dyslexic/bionic font/formatting, so consider that an add-on might be involved too.
Once you figure out what needs to change, if you need more specific help with the HTML or CSS in your templates/Styling, you can post it here – **as text (not a screenshot), and in a preformatted-text/code-block** – and folks can probably help you with what needs to change.

What note type are you using? How many cards does this note type make? Click “Cards…” in that edit note window to look for answers to those questions.

“1: Normal” is the name of a card type that this note type creates. You can’t apply it to anything.

Your screenshot is showing the “Basic Quizlet Extended+” **note** type – specifically the front side (template) of the 1st card it makes. The “Basic Quizlet Extended+” note type is currently used by 712 notes in your collection. So, for each of those notes, a Card 1 with this on the front can be created.
If you want something else to happen besides that, you’re going to have to tell us what that is.

If you want to go back to the card before this that you just studied? Edit \> Undo or `Ctrl Z` will undo that grade and return you to that card.
