Appearing the word "first column"

After importing a csv file to anki. All of my cards even in other decks have the word “first column”

If this is on the cards and not in the fields of the notes – it looks like you added those words to your card template. Perhaps an accidental paste? You can fix it by editing the template.

If this is in the fields of notes that weren’t part of that CSV – I don’t think the import caused this. Did you perhaps do some overly-broad Find-and-Replace?
