# Answers being displayed automatically

My answers for cards are being automatically shown with the question. I believe the cards were accidentally all changed to basic from close but am unsure of how to change this setting. I have screenshots of what the note looks like and what the card template displays.

That looks like you have a cloze card in a Front/Back notetype - you can use Change Notetype to select the correct notetype instead.
