# Anki web to nwe Anki app

Hi,

I currently use the old anki (the one with the grey background and the blue star) and this is very buggy on my windows computer. I want to switch to the anki universal app but I don’t know how to do so without all my current deck info being lost. Is there a way to transfer my data from anki web to anki universal?

are you using anki 2.0? just update to anki 2.1 and you’ll be fine  
I don’t think Anki universal is official. and I don’t think you can use add-ons on it.  
just download the latest Anki version from the official website, it works fine.
