I’ve gone to update Anki and this is what has come up, I exit this and when I turn ski back on it returns to this screen. Any advice would be appreciated, I am not the most tech savvy and can’t see anything that solved this for me online. Thank you.

I have solved this by downloading Anki again, it did not fully redownload but seemed to reset it, in case this happens to anyone else I thought it would be useful to share by solution
