# Anki unable to open after downloading on Mac Air

Hi, I’m attempting to download Anki for the first time on my 2020 MacBook Air and none of the downloads are working. After it’s installed when I try to open it, it says that there’s an error and a huge line describing it pops up. I don’t know how to fix it please help.
