Anki turns to the next card automatically (on my iPad) even if don’t touch the screen. This has happened 4-5 times this week already ---

Do you have the AutoAdvance turned on? ---

The iPad I use is a few years old now, and I’ve noticed it sometimes detects taps on the screen even though my fingers were holding it on the sides - is it possible something similar is happening to you? You could try disabling some or all of the tap zones in the preferences\>review\>taps screen, to see if that helps. ---
