# Anki Quits Unexpectedly When Opening Application

I just dowloaded the updated version of Anki for my Mac. Every time I open the Anki application now, I get an error message saying “Anki quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again.” And every time I click reopen, the same error message appears. I am unable to access the application at all. Please advise. Thank you!
