"I downloaded the latest version of Anki for Windows, and when I tried to install an extension, an error occurred. I closed and reopened the application, but now a screen keeps appearing saying, ‘Anki has encountered a problem, extensions possibly involved: Anki Zoom.’ Indeed, this was the extension I downloaded. However, this error keeps flashing, and I can’t interact with Anki to resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, tried different versions, restarted the computer, and attempted various solutions, but nothing has worked ---

Hold the Shift key down when you start Anki. Then go to Tools / Add-ons and click on the Zoom add-on and click on “Toggle Enabled” to disable it. ---
