Update anki to [2.1.56](https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/tag/2.1.56) or [2.1.57](https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/tag/2.1.57)

In case the problem persist then, we can see if there are others problems causing it

The error indicates you have not updated Anki to a newer version yet.
