# Anki Not Responding and Stuck on a Blank Screen

Hi! I just had a problem with Anki on my desktop. I recently imported a big file (Cheesy Lightyear’s Deck), and I accidentally exited out of Anki during the syncing process when logged into my Anki account. Now it is stuck like this whenever I open it. It is not responding and is stuck on a blank page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I still get the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
