# Anki iPad is not showing image added through Anki web

Anki mobile is not showing image added through Anki web. Please resolve this issue

It is not possible to add images via AnkiWeb - I presume you mean the computer version? Has AnkiMobile said “media sync complete”? [https://faqs.ankiweb.net/media-files-may-take-time-to-sync.html](https://faqs.ankiweb.net/media-files-may-take-time-to-sync.html)

It was sync issue. Now I am able to see the image in AnkiMobile.

I’m having the same issue but with my iPhone. I recently bought the app but have been using the web version for years and have lots of card with pictures that won’t appear on the app for my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Did the syncing screen say “media sync complete”, as mentioned in the link above?

Oh yes. The card synced well before the images and the sync would stop if the app was not open. Thank you.
