# Anki for Mac Crashing When Using Browser

Hello.

Anytime I try and use the browser (clicking on tags, using the search feature, etc.), Anki suddenly quits without warning. I have gone through the debugging steps including restarting computer + app, checking the database, and restarting Anki with the shift-key to disable all the add-ons. None of these steps have resolved the issue and it recurs with the shift-start.

Can you reproduce the issue after updating to 2.1.62? If so, does resetting window positions in the preferences screen and restarting Anki help?
