Can anyone recommend a filtered deck for a
a) Filtered deck for last minute cram a day before exam, ideally containing cards that were tough and high rates of error.
b) a filtered deck (or should I go for custom deck) for revision of flashcards every day After the deck is complete for the day. Ideally including cards that I felt were tough, with a limit of 50 cards.

I have recently deleted and reinstalled anki. Anki userdata is currently stored in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Anki2\User 1\backups
, and its exe is stored in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Programs\Anki
. This ensures that both the users in my computer cannot access anki, Do I just copy paste exe folder into program files
or is there another way to make the exe acessible while still being able to access the userdata?
- Alright
- I have literally tried everything, given the other user admin rights, and multiple others, in the past I had succeeded in ensuring both users have acess to the same user(with great difficulty) but can’t figure it out this time.
So the problem I believe is that the exe folder is locally stored in one user. Before deleting anki, I somehow gave access to both users, without changing file location. I don’t know if I should try it out. If you still don’t understand I can provide images
.1. You can use any card characteristic you can search for to build a Filtered deck – Searching - Anki Manual . It will be up to you to figure out what it means for a card to be “tough.”
[“Custom Study” is just a Filtered deck limited to a set list of options, instead of deciding what you want on your own.]
.2. This is a Windows question more than an Anki question. You just need to install Anki in a location that all Windows users have access to – like C:\Program Files.
