Hi,

I need urgent help: my anki doesn’t want to open.

I received a pop-up message that there is a new version and i should update, so I proceeded but I’m stuck because the launcher doesn’t find any updates. Each time I close the launcher and click to open Anki again, it launches an update.

heres the message in the launcher:

How can I solve this ASAP without losing my data?

First of all, thank you so so much for your fast response! I truly hope God grants you His Pleasure & Happiness in this world & the hereafter. I just felt this prayer for you instantly and thought to share it.

Anyways, I did what you said and I got this notification and so I proceeded and upgraded to 26.9.3. Am I up-to-date now?

Go to `Anki/Help > About` – you can see there what version you currently have installed. 26.09.3 is the most recent release.
