# Anki doesn´t continuos the study mode..... It´s crash

**When I click the button to study the first card show, and when I click to show the answer a message appears. The message that appears is the showed below:**
An error occurred. Please use Tools \> Check Database to see if that fixes the problem.
If problems persist, please report the problem on our [support site]Please copy and paste the information below into your report.

Possible Solutions (try in sequential order top to bottom):
- Tools → Check Database
- Enable [V3 scheduler](https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/unable-to-use-again-button-on-macbook-pro/26425/2)
- Update to [latest version](https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases)

Thank you, however none of this solution works for me.
Now the message change and shows:
A fatal error occurred, and Anki must close. Please report this message on the forums.

The latest error you pasted indicates you’re still on 2.1.49. Please try with the latest Anki version.
