# Anki desktop just gives me a blank screen

Since i tried using anki on this pc it just goes wrong in every possible way, and its terrible because i need to use anki in order to study well. First, the anki app just simply did not open, so i deleted it, installed a new one, and had to repeat this process some times until it finally opened. Now, when i open it, it just gives me a blank screen, theres no way i can see my cards, and the only way i was been able to log in was using the tools and preferences option. Please help me theres only one month left until ENEM here in brazil

Vai em Ferramentas \> Preferências

Altera o drive de video para uma das 3

- Software
- Direct3D
- Não lembro a outra

Depois, reinicie Anki e veja se funcionou

Também verifique, se está

- Na versão mais recente do [Anki](https://apps.ankiweb.net/), no momento 24.06.3
  - Se seu Windows 10 estiver em dia com as atualizações ou está com Windows 11, use Qt6 (só dá problema se o sistema não foi atualizado desde 2019 que é improvável)

- Entre no modo de segurança para desativar extensões, caso a tela aparecer, então tem uma extensão com defeito (atalho: segurando shift e iniciando anki)
