# Anki deck with image occlusion shows no images

I’ve been using Anki for a long time and I can usually see photos. I have now downloaded a new ankideck (which has just been created) which also uses image occlusion. The problem is that I can’t see the pictures, only the question or the text. I have downloaded image occlusion and image occlusion enhanced and they should be of the latest version. I have tried several times to download the deck, open it on Anki and each time only the text comes up and no images. The fact that the Ankis were created on an apple device should not really be a problem

Make sure you check out add-ons before installing them. The one mentioned in that error appears to be a highly questionable, non-functional fake. `https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1108947803`
Disable and delete that add-on. That might be enough to get things working again.

You mentioned that this deck is newly created, but I see that you’re using an older version of Anki. Does the deck use the IO Enhanced add-on or _built-in IO_?
