# Anki DataBase error

Translate;  
“Use the “Check Database” function, then sync  
again. If problems remain, use full synchronization  
on the settings screen”  
I’ve tried to delete my main profile and create new, but it hasn’t solved my problem  
Help me please

Have you tried what the message says?

1. Tools \> Check database \> Sync
2. Tools \> Preferences \> Network \> On next sync force changes in one direction \> Sync
