Hi, recently when trying to use my Biology deck, the program would repeatedly crash as soon as I tried to press “again” after reviewing the card (It didn’t crash for any of the other decks I used previously today) I thought this might have to do with not having the most recent version installed, so I uninstalled Anki and then tried to download the most recent version. When installing, I now get this error message: “Error opening file for writing: C:/Program files/anki/mpv.exe” I checked on my laptop for all traces of the old Anki but I’m fairly sure it has been completely uninstalled, so not sure what to do now?
