Anki cards not showing up on browse or when exporting

Hello everyone,

My Anki cards for this specific deck (DENT2060) are not showing up on browse as shown on attached pictures. When I try to export the deck and import it again, no cards were detected. I tried renaming the deck but somehow that makes all of my cards disappear and gives me a heart attack​:sob:. if I rename it back the cards reappear. I can study them, but can’t see them on browse.

I’ve been using anki for years and this is the my first time encountering something like this.

Would really appreciate any help or guidance to this issue.

Have you tried Troubleshooting - Anki Manual, including #4?

  1. What did you rename it to?
  2. Why do you think the cards / notes disappeared?

Thanks so much for the reply. I think I figured it out :smiley:. I tried dragging the individual decks out of the DENT2060 folder and noticed I can see the notes on browse after. So I dragged every sub-deck out, deleted 03 DENT2060 Dental Practice and moved the rest of the sub-decks in a new folder with the same name and the cards are finally popping up again :star_struck:
