I have the most updated version and also have closed out the app and tried to delete and can not figure it out ---

According to this [stackoverflow answer](https://stackoverflow.com/a/76691103/31248937), the `distutils` package is removed. So you need to install `setuptools`. Open the terminal and run one of these commands or look for equivalent instructions on Google. ```auto pip install setuptools ``` Or ```auto pip3 install setuptools ``` ---
