Hi All, In all my anki decks, how can i set all 4 options to test again as: 1. 2-3 minutes later 2. 8 minutes later 3. 1 day later 4. 2 days later or is time interval to test again not changeable [pre programable by user] and that anki algorithms will determine it? My test date i’m studying for is less than 3 weeks but retest options are 1 month or longer which doesn’t help. To prevent pushing retest date out for 1 month or longer, I pick the 1st option which is retest in 4 minutes but that’s too often, 1 to 2 days later is ideal. how can i fix? ---

Before answering your question, I’m going to give you another way to think about it. – If a card is easy enough, or you have gotten it right often enough that it’s not scheduled in the next 3 weeks – that’s great! You’ve gotten that easier card out of the way and have more time to spend on harder cards that need your attention. You _want_ that to happen, because that’s what makes the whole spaced-repetition system work. If you still want to restrict your intervals and control them that closely _for a New card being introduced for the first time_, your options for how to do that depend on whether you’re using the default SM-2 algorithm, or you have enabled FSRS. After a card has been introduced, it follows its own schedule and if you get it right, the intervals will get longer. ---

Thanks. I think my question overlaps with my test anxiety and while over studying might be a partial solution, the down side its time consuming, studying cards unnecessarily [redundant]. ---

If you have FSRS enabled, you can selectively study the more difficult cards by building a filtered deck using a search term like this: `prop:d>0.85`. See [Searching - Anki Manual](http://docs.ankiweb.net/searching.html#card-properties) for details. I’d also suggest you do other activities like solving past questions, attempting mocks. ---
