I created a new user account on my pc only for study and I wanted to sync my Anki decks here as well since I’ve spend countless hours writing those cards.
But, after doing so I can’t use the Anki on my study profile at all. I get an error message every time I try to open the app and only the second try works. When I am in the app, I can’t study the decks and can’t open Browse.
Can sb please help? I am quite desperate and not a computer/Anki master.
